Derek responded quickly to my request and he and his assistant were able to come out the same day. They assessed the problem and had it solved in under an hour. Will definitely use again.

I’m so glad I found Derek! From beginning to end, the process was easy and convenient. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from him directly to schedule the work. He confirmed his arrival on the day itself, and he and Steven showed up at the expected time. They were friendly and worked quickly but carefully. I was able to pay the invoice using Venmo. And it feels so good to have everything working again. We’ll definitely use DMS Electric again!

Great Service / Promptness / Communication! I reached out to Derek earlier in the year for a Service Line replacement. I never followed up with him, and went with another contractor (for some reason)! After that fell through, I reached back out to Derek again, and within a short amount of time, we arranged an estimate for the Service Line. Due to a busy schedule, I was unable to meet Derek at the property and he let himself into the property using the lockbox key. I received a very nice estimate that same night and was on the schedule for the next week (we were selling the property so time was of the essence). He was able to explain the process to me with how the various third party inspections work and recommended two to me. He was very prompt in answering text messages and emails from me. The new install was completed on a Friday and the 3rd party inspector came out to the property (again, using the lockbox key) on Monday morning to a successful inspection. Overall, the communication was awesome, his knowledge of what needed to be done was awesome, the price was awesome (and he accepts most forms of payment), and the turnaround time was great for my needs! If I was not selling the property, I would use his services again, if needed, and I actually recommended DMS in my local South Philly (Bold and the Breezy) FaceBook group yesterday.
