Great Service / Promptness / Communication! I reached out to Derek earlier in the year for a Service Line replacement. I never followed up with him, and went with another contractor (for some reason)! After that fell through, I reached back out to Derek again, and within a short amount of time, we arranged an estimate for the Service Line. Due to a busy schedule, I was unable to meet Derek at the property and he let himself into the property using the lockbox key. I received a very nice estimate that same night and was on the schedule for the next week (we were selling the property so time was of the essence). He was able to explain the process to me with how the various third party inspections work and recommended two to me. He was very prompt in answering text messages and emails from me. The new install was completed on a Friday and the 3rd party inspector came out to the property (again, using the lockbox key) on Monday morning to a successful inspection. Overall, the communication was awesome, his knowledge of what needed to be done was awesome, the price was awesome (and he accepts most forms of payment), and the turnaround time was great for my needs! If I was not selling the property, I would use his services again, if needed, and I actually recommended DMS in my local South Philly (Bold and the Breezy) FaceBook group yesterday.

Mac was prompt and professional to get the job done. We needed someone to finish our bathroom connections and Mac came promptly and completed the work on a Saturday. Will highly recommend him and DMS.

I have Derek’s name from another client who I sold a home to. I reviewed Derek’s proposal and found it to be reasonable and fair. I then called him to install 10 high hats in my 100 year old condo building. He came, did the work, cleaned up and had his helper work on electrical items as well as helping with moving furniture and getting everything ready and then cleaned up. Then, I referred him to another client of mine and he, again, did a terrific, reliable and reasonably priced job. I will continue to call him whenever I need an electrician!

I called in the morning about a partial electrical outage. Derek said he’d be here around 1:00, when he was done with another job. The whole mess (big old house) was straightened out before 1:00. I would definitely use him again and recommend this business to anyone who needs an electrician. Lots of energy, nice guy and extremely knowledgeable. A rare find.
